Robin's Bio
| Robin State Yaakov has been practicing various styles of yoga for over 6 years, but it wasn't until moving to Israel in 2008 that she fell in love with Vinyasa. Robin completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Balanced Life Yoga in the summer of 2010 upon moving back home to Canada. With a background as a registered massage therapist, Robin has a deep interest in anatomy and physiology, how the body is put together and how it moves. She is able to incorporate her knowledge of the body into her classes. Her power flow classes are fun yet challenging with a focus on breath work and core strength. Robin is excited to grow as a yoga teacher and is grateful to have joined the Yoga Shack family.
